Here is how this works in practice. We manage travel logistics so a Morocco production moves efficiently from arrival to wrap. Our team sets up global arrivals through Casablanca and Marrakech airports, ground transport for crew and cast, and the movement of gear, much of it carried on ATA Carnets and cleared through Moroccan Customs, the ADII. We book lodging suited to each phase of the shoot, from city hotels to desert camps and Ouarzazate bases, and plan unit moves across terrain that ranges from the Atlas Mountains to the Sahara. Logistics account for the practical realities of the country: desert heat exceeding 40°C, sandstorms, long drives between locations, and the dirham cash economy. All travel is set up with the CCM-licensed production-services firm managing the production.

Here is the breakdown. Morocco's compact geography is one of its great logistical advantages. We plan travel to exploit it. The country puts the Sahara dunes at Merzouga, the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, the Atlantic coast at Essaouira and the ancient medinas within reach of a single production base. This keeps unit moves manageable when well scheduled. Decades of major shoots, from 'Lawrence of Arabia' and 'Gladiator' to 'Spectre' and HBO's 'Game of Thrones', have set up the routes, transport providers and lodging networks that large units rely on. We draw on that infrastructure and on relationships with regional bodies such as the Ouarzazate Film Commission, so crew, cast and gear reach each location on time and the production keeps to its schedule and budget.
