Here is how this works in practice. We set up talent so each performer is in the right place, prepared and looked after across a Morocco production. Our team manages call times against the shooting schedule, arranges transport from Marrakech and Ouarzazate bases to set, organises wardrobe fittings, makeup and rehearsal, and handles the records, talent releases, contracts and payments in dirham, that sit alongside the Centre Cinématographique Marocain sign-off.

Here is the breakdown. On the ground, Planning spans the full range of talent Moroccan shoots use: lead actors, day players, and the large groups of Berber extras and animal handlers who populate desert and period scenes. We brief performers in Arabic, French and English, plan for prayer-time breaks and desert heat, and work with the CCM-licensed production-services firm so talent logistics are integrated with the wider shoot.

Here is the short of it. Morocco's shoots often run on talent at big scale. Setting up that well is a pro skill. Epics filmed around Ouarzazate, from 'Gladiator' and 'Kingdom of Heaven' to HBO's 'Game of Thrones', needed hundreds of extras, horses and camels to reach remote sets on time and in costume, and the local crew base has decades of experience doing exactly that. Below the crowd level, Morocco's pro actors, including worldwide recognised performers such as Lubna Azabal and Said Taghmaoui, work to global standards. We bring that planning experience to each project so cast and extras are managed efficiently, performers are well supported, and the production's talent never becomes the bottleneck on a shooting day.
