Location Agreements

Here is how this works in practice. We negotiate and document location agreements so a production has clear, enforceable permission for each place it films. Our team identifies the rightsholder for each location, a private owner, a provincial wilaya authority, a heritage custodian or a community, and agrees access dates, fees in dirham, working conditions, reinstatement terms and liability. Agreements are drafted in Arabic and French with accurate English working versions.
